Waldeck Spring Raffle

Every year Waldeck School strives to provide the best possible academics, extracurricular activities and experiences for our Warrior students. As you are aware, we ran a very successful fall fundraiser with Growing Smiles before Christmas. Thank you to all of the students and parents who have already supported our school this year!
In conjunction with our fall fundraiser, our school is looking for your help in fundraising for our end of the year activities with a Spring Raffle Draw!
Here’s what we need from you!!
Each Warrior family will receive a booklet containing 20 raffle tickets. Your family is responsible for selling the 20 tickets that come in your booklet.
1 - Collect the money (in cash) for your tickets sold.
2 - Have each purchaser fill out their name and contact information on the ticket stub.
3 - Return cash and ALL 20 ticket stubs to the school by Monday, May 12th. (Purchaser keeps the ticket portion with the draw and prize information).
Your family may choose to sell more than one booklet of tickets. To do this, please return the cash and ticket stubs from the first booklet and you will be given another booklet. You may continue to get new booklets until May 9th as all tickets and money must be returned to the school by May 12th.
**The family that sells the most tickets will receive a $100 gift card to Sputtergotch**
Raffle details!
- First Prize - $2000
- Second Prize - $500
- $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20
- Draw date - Thursday, May 15th in Waldeck School Gym @ 1:30pm.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Raffle tickets will be sold by Waldeck School Students & Staff.
2. You must purchase a ticket to win.
3. You must be 19 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket.
4. The ticket sales will begin Wednesday, April 16th/2025.
5. All ticket stubs (sold & unsold) MUST be returned to the school office by Monday, May 12th.
6. Tickets will be sold until Monday, May 12th @ 8:30 a.m. unless all tickets are sold prior.
7. Ticket prices are 1/$5, 5/$20
8. All participants have their name, and phone number recorded on the portion to be returned to the school.
9. Winners will be paid by cheque to the exact name recorded on the ticket stub. Payment will be issued two weeks following the draw date.
10. Winnings can be picked up at the Waldeck School Office, #1 Warrior Way, Waldeck Saskatchewan. Photo I.D. will be required
11. Winners will be contacted using information they provided at the time they purchased ticket.
12. Any unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for the period of one year. If unclaimed in that year, the prize will be donated to an approved SLGA charitable beneficiary.
13. By purchasing a ticket you approve to having your name, number, and jackpot prize published.
14. No refunds
15. There will be a maximum 3,000 tickets sold.
